FESTIVALS & EVENTS
Here at WGS Power and Lighting, we are proud to support many fantastic music festivals, food festivals, airshows and sporting events throughout the UK. From simple 'Dry Hire' of generators, cabling and distribution boards, through to full installation of all areas of power and lighting, standby engineers and fuel management, we will try to everyone in some way. We can supply synchronised machines for the main stages, large spec generators for catering areas and smaller options for satellite areas such as showers/toilets, glamping fields and much more.
We stock some great festival lighting options with over 5km of festoon lighting for that festival feel, LED flood lights for back of house compounds and lighting towers for road ways and camping areas.
FESTOON LIGHTING
Festoon lighting is one of our most popular options of lighting as it can be used in many ways from lighting up a spacious marquee wedding, brightening up market trade stalls or used to decorated events like food and music festivals. The list is endless.
COLOURFUL LIGHTING
Our colourful uplighters are perfect for any event to give it that enhanced vibe. The lights can be installed anywhere you desire from a marquee to a more exquisite venue. We have a variety of colours to choose from which can coordinate with your colour scheme.
VT1 LIGHTING TOWERS
VT1 Lighting towers are available to hire along with compatible slave LED lighting towers, so whether you need to light up the car park at your event or illuminate a whole field for a festival WGS can meet your needs.
UPLIGHTER LIGHTING
Our wireless, battery powered colourful uplighters are suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Our uplighters lasts for around 18 hours solid colour or 5.5 hours with fading and chases. With the choice of ultra-smooth colours from rich saturated hues to subtle pastel shades
CABLE RAMP
Cable ramp along with disabled access ramps can be supplied and installed to ensure the health and safety issues of trailing cables are not an issue at your event.

We supply and fit the cabling, distribution and adapters to ensure you have the correct power in all areas of your event so it will run smoothly.
LARGE SPEC GENERATOR HIRE
We have an impressive fleet of large spec generators that are all super silent. Our generators range in size from 20kva to 220kva. Suitable for wedding marquee power, catering outlets or corporate hire.
TRAILER MOUNTED ROAD TOW GENERATORS
All of our large spec generators come mounted on a trailer which makes it easy with road towing and manoeuvering the generator at your event in either spacious or tight areas.

For the larger festivals and events we have lorry mounted generators to suit your silent power requirements whether it's for a main stage, camping facilities or for the catering outlets.
SYNCHRONISED GENERATORS
We can supply synchronised generators at your event for areas that require reliable, higher power output from main stages to catering outlets to funfair areas to heating.
